Llandudno has always been and remains a favourite British resort where holidaymakers used to flock in their thousands to enjoy the beaches, the pier, the various summer season attractions, Happy Valley and of course The Great Orme. It still retains a quality enjoyed in years gone by whilst adapting to cater for the current tourist market with first class restaurants, bars, clubs and hotels.  Llandudno was built to last, it has style. It certainly is not a case of here today and gone tomorrow, and at Brian Bates Hair Salon, on Mostyn Avenue, established since the 1980’s, we too are “ahead” of competitors with our own brand of style. In Llandudno, you could say that we are the permanent hair stylists!

The human equivalent of Llandudno’s Great Orme is the hair on our head and we all want to use and show it to full advantage.  At the Brian Bates Salon we are constantly introducing our friends and customers to new techniques designed to enhance their appearance, incidentally another secondary but vital advantage here is most unusually the unlimited street parking in the immediate vicinity.  Today the gentlemen take as much pride in their appearance as the ladies so at the Brian Bates Salon we are happy to cater for both. Today’s male does not want short back and sides anymore, rather a sophisticated styling and maybe colouring.  The young in particular, whether male or female, have trends they want to follow, trends which we at  Brian Bates Salon have already acquainted ourselves with on their behalf and in anticipation of their wishes. Open six days a week, we realise that our customers lead busy lives and so we are more than willing to adapt and, if the individual requests, we will stay open later or open earlier just to cater for them. Yes, all these factors can be described as fringe benefits.

As you will imagine, Brian Bates Salon, being a long established family business has built up an enviable list of regular customers many of whom over the years have become good friends.  They know that we offer all the latest trends in styling and our prices are constantly trimmed to appeal to both the tourist who we might see on just the one occasion and the resident of the Llandudno area many of whom we have seen on a weekly basis for literally years.  We pride ourselves on the fact that with all our customers, ladies or gentlemen, paying the full advertised price or availing themselves of our special senior citizens’ rates, the treatment and care is always of the same high standard.
